It isn't natural to remove your foreskin, That would be like saying how can you remove your eyelids or arm naturally. You are born with a prepuce (foreskin) because it firstly it protects the sensitive glans penis while you are growing up. By the time you reach puberty normally your foreskin should be able to be pulled back (retracted) to expose the glans penis (your bell end or knob end) especially when you get an erection or when you need to wash beneath it (which you should do at least once a day). the foreskin also plays an important part in sexual intercourse and in masturbation as it is also a very sensitive piece if equipment. If your foreskin is very tight and will not retract you may need to do some foreskin stretching exercises and as a last resort see a doctor that understands the value of the foreskin.

The foreskin is an important part of the penis, it contains thousands of Meissner corpuscles which greatly add to the pleasures of masturbation and sex (which is why religious people want to cut it off, to spoil sex). It also protects the delicate glans from drying out and rubbing on your underwear and becoming numbed. Lastly, it allows a gliding movement which makes intercourse much nicer and comfortable for the woman.

When washing your penis do not use soap, it is too drying. If your foreskin is so tight that you cannot retract it when erect, in most cases the opening can be enlarged without surgery, with a cream and some manual stretching. Don't let a doctor cut any part off, except as a last resort.

The foreskin can be removed by a surgery known as circumcision. The doctor cuts off the foreskin and then stitches together the remaining penile skin.

However, like all surgeries, circumcision has risks of serious adverse medical events including prolonged bleeding, infection, severe pain, and surgical error resulting in injury to the penis. every year more then 100 infants die in the USA as a result of this procedure. probably more as the death certificate is usually filed out by the pediatrician responsible.Circumcision can also reduce the sensitivity of the penis and pleasure during sexual intercourse.

Don't ever, ever entertain the idea of doing this yourself. Now and then there are stories in the media of men who attempt this, and it is one of the most ridiculous things that a man can attempt on his own. You cannot do this, and if you try you run the risk of serious injury, infection or even death. Also, if you are considering surgery, get several opinions, and if there is no particular health need that requires it, inform yourself fully before you do it; it may be completely unnecessary and you are better of remaining intact.

I am not sure of your question. If you want to know what you should do if you have a cut, it should not be much different than any other cut. If it is minor and the bleeding stops quickly, perhaps some antibiotic ointment and let it heal. If not, you should see a doctor.

You don't cut mine. I wouldn't advise you cut your own either. Go to WIKIpedia and Frenulum Surgery. It sounds like a simple procedure, but I would have a doctor do it. It would be pointless if you did it yourself, got an infection and lost everything.

There is no way of getting rid of foreskin without circumcision. However, there is a means of training the foreskin to stay permanently retracted and this is known as auto circumcision. By doing so, the foreskin in its retracted state may shorten over time.

Circumcision. As an operation, circumcision has an extremely small complication rate. A study in the New England Journal of Medicine (1990) reported a complication rate of 0.19 percent when circumcision is performed by a physician. When performed by a trained mohel, the rate falls to 0.13 percent or about 1 in 800. When a complication occurs, it is usually due to the bleeding, which is easily correctable. No other surgical procedure can boast such figures for complication-free operations.
Circumcision has been known to offer virtually complete protection from penile cancer. According to a recent review article in the New England Journal of Medicine, none of the over 1,600 persons studied with this cancer had been circumcised in infancy. In the words of researchers Cochen and McCurdy, the incidence of penile cancer in the U.S. is "essentially zero" among circumcised men.
Also, research at Johns Hopkins University Medical School in Baltimore have shown that circumcised men are six to eight times less likely to become infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Researchers believe that protection is due to the removal of the foreskin, which contains cells that have HIV receptors which scientists suspect are the primary entry point for the HIV virus. (Reuters, March 25, 2004) Several studies reported that circumcised boys were between 10-to-39 times less likely to develop urinary tract infections during infancy than uncircumcised boys. In addition, circumcision protects against bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections and a variety of other conditions related to hygiene. The extremely low rate of Cervical cancer in Jewish women (9-to-22 times less than among non-Jewish women) is thought to be related to the practice of circumcision. As a result of studies like these, a number of prestigious medical organizations such as the California Medical Association have recognized the benefits of circumcision.

Fishy odor in penis how do you get rid of it?

I don't know about the fishy smell. But if you want to get rid of any smell from your penis then all you have to do is. Wash regularly. Dry under foreskin before putting on CLEAN under ware. Use soap to clean under foreskin (shower gel is good too) And if you really want it fresh, spray some deodorant there too. ;)

Will circumcision get rid of odor?

Circumcision prevents the accumulation of smegma under the foreskin. Smegma has an odor. Therefore if that is the cause of the issue. It will remove it. If the odor is caused by something else it won't. On balance it probably is. It is likely that you have some sort of infection that needs treatment as a healthy penis with or without smegma should not stink. If you are intact and your foreskin is uncomfortably tight but has been retracted then simply doing some foreskin stretching exercises will alleviate your problem.

What is a long foreskin?

By examination of the word 'long' one would assume the question is referring to a foreskin greater than average. Average foreskin covers the glans of the penis completely when soft. When erect average foreskin typically slides back and exposes some if not all of the glans. If a man has 'long' foreskin, by description alone it suggests that the foreskin is of a greater/longer amount than average. Some men with longer foreskins can have an erection with no exposure of the glans. In other cases the foreskin can be long enough to cover the glans during erection with excess at the tip. Typically the position of the foreskin is dependant upon the elasticity and size of the frenum, which attatches the foreskin to the underside of the glans. The more flexible and abundant the frenum is, the more likely the foreskin is able to slide up and down.
