bebo has many staff, there is 'mod1' the original creator of bebo, they change te homepage and settings, stuff like that. Mod1 is basically the genius behind the idea of bebo. other people also help bebo, eg. if you report spam often, you then get a offer to become a 'bebo helper.' basically when you click 'report spam' someone has to go through it all and decide wether it actually is spam or not. (all jobs are subject to avaliablty. you can be fired from a job if you are not carrying out the task frequently enough or if the work you do is unsatisfactory.) there are many other jobs obviously around bebo. a 'bebo helper' is just the example i used. hope i have been some help
