Basically. teenage spots are just normal spots. Im 12 and i have millions of them, i go to ilkeston school, and i get bullied from them.
But, what i have read millions of times now is that if u have a hot shower then straight after rinse your whole head in cold water it should work!
i tried it last night and guess what? it worked!!! my spots have nearly gone already!!! its amaziinnn!!
but, if u try it it will take round about a week, because im dabbin anti-septic cream on my spots before im goin to bed
im also startin to drink loads of water a day --->>>round about 2 litres.
and im eatin realli healthily.. i try to clean my face everyday to stop grease goin on my face...
and i keep my hair away from my face to also stop grease goin on my face
