I suspect that you have System Recovery turned on. You need to turn it off and then boot to safe mode to remove the virus (most of it). Check the Start/Help for how to do this.
My AVG 7.0 anti virus was not able to remove it.But I have a free utility called Adware-6.0 which gets rid of spybots, etc and has removed numerous Trojan horses, dataminers, etc. I found the free download at the CNET.COM download website - good luck!
You have to use AVH 6.0 by Grisoft, down load the free personal use program from their web site and create boot disks, boot using the disks and run the program it will located and clean the hardrive
I don't know if this will work for you, but I disabled 'system restore'and then restarted the computer. Once the computer restarted, I enabled 'system restore' again and then ran a virus check. The virus was gone. Hope this works for you.
The cast of The Trojan Horse - 2013 includes: Mark Oughton as AJ
Get rid of Trojan either download free avg, or spybot search and destroy programs and they can assist in getting rid of the Trojan.
It has some how saved itself in one of your system restore points. Disable system restore from the system properties under control panel, should take care of things. After your sure it has been removed. Turn system restore back on.
Try downloading and installing NOD32 (www.nod32.com) and perform a full system scan with NOD32 scanner (if the Trojan is already resident in memory, you might need to start Windows in Safe mode first).
