take the cables out from the batery for few moments and then its going to disaper It's only the negative terminal that you have to unhook.
BUT if you have a stock stereo, you'll have to have the reset codes for that, too, or else you're boned because if you unhook the battery, you're in essence unhooking the power supply and making it hard boot from scratch. If it's hard on your PC, it's hard on your stereo. Don't do it often. There are reset tools that you can get, or any number of fixes, to reset the light yourself. But before you do, check and see if the car has any issues. Like this:
If you take your car to Autozone or something like it, they'll reset your check engine light and also check the error codes to see if there's any issues with your car. If you want to check the issues yourself, turn the ignition into the 'on' position (but don't turn the car on). Stomp down five times in quick succession on the gas pedal, letting it go its full range from top to bottom. After the fifth time (in some cars you have to hold down the gas, depending on the year), lights in the dash will flash in code, say: flash, pause, flash, flash, flash, flash, pause, flash, flash, flash, flash, pause, flash, flash, flash, flash, pause, repeat. You can find more codes online or Autozone or an authorized dealer will take care of it, if you like.
