i have the same thing and thr problem comes from rubbing you Jose up wards and my mother had told me to scrub my nose with a tooth brush and tooth paste and i thought she was crazy at first but i put on sunglasses and i brushed it like i was brushing my teeth and in a couple weeks it was gone so just do that every week and it will go away and avoid rubbing your nose upward
