How do you get rid of the guilt because you told your sisster something very private about your life now you feel very akward and unsecure how can you deal with this?

Second, if it was really private that you only told her then you guys should work it out to make sure there is no awkwardness at all.

Third, if it wasn't that much private then try to make her forget it or see if she would tell you something equally private.
