Cramps are awful anywhere in the body but the question is how to stop it. A cramp is a muscle spasm to say the least. Stretch your foot out slowly, not forcing it if there is a high amount of pain. Rotate your ankle around in a circular motion. If nothing is helping try eating a banana, the potassium loosens tendons in the body. Other than that my only advice is to wait it out.
there are a lot of ways. you can use midol and other products from drug stores. And you can also use a warm rag to put across your stomach. They also sell heat pads that you can use for cramps. Actually, sometimes excercise will help and ibeaprophen with warm tea.
I hear bananas are good for cramps. Try it.
