You need to buy a Philsopher's stone on the black market with 3 passes. or if you get a magazine with the pormo code in it, then you can use it when you create another account and make that horse immortal.

Well, somewhat.

You cannot buy a horse from the Safe Haven (abbreviated SH). But you can buy horses. And often owners will put "SH if not sold!" in the comment box. That is one way of saving horses.

However, do not think that the SH is a bad place.

If the horse died over 25 years old and was sent to heaven (not the safe haven), you can't get him back. He now rests peacefully there.

If the horse died under 25 years old and was sent to heaven (not the safe haven), you can revive him with a Pandora's Box (Costs 1 Pass).

If the horse was sent to the safe haven, then there is no way to get him back.
