A little baking soda and damp towel should do it.
You can clean rust spots off a porcelain sink easily with a product like Bar Keeper's Friend. This oxalic acid product can be made into paste that removes rust stains. One caution though: rust stains can be permanently set by using a chlorine-based cleaner.
Nothing wrong with windex, it will work ok & not harm Porcelain but may not get everything off it.
"Goof Off grafiti remover" or Acetone

If it is vinyl tile and it's latex paint, rubbing alcohol will remove it. If it is a ceramic or porcelain tile, you can carefully scrape it off or if it is also latex paint, the same thing,,,alcohol will remove it.
I know that using lemon juice and salt on clothing that has rust stains works. It may work for other materials also.
That depends on what needs to be cleaned off? If its rust i use CLR. otherwise i use tub & tile cleaner. to get the grout cleaned use a toothbrush.
It depends on whether the tile is glazed or unglazed and what you are trying to clean off. If you are trying to clean a liquid that had seeped into the tile you may be out of luck. It may be permanently stained. If you are trying to do routine maintenance you can use a mop and warm water with a mild tile cleaner.
Try Mr. Clean Magic Erase Sponges. Use them as directed. Iused it for rust on a regular counter and it worked great.
Heat the wax with a hair dryer and then scrap it of with a spatula (large amounts) or wipe away with a paper towel (smaller amounts)
There are many different ways to remove rust, but they may not be safe for food containers. You also have to bear in mind that the container is likely to rust again, and may not be safe for food. Barkeepers Friend is one of the best products on the market not only for rust stains, but for cleaning in general. Leaving a highly concentrated tea (not herbal) may be able to lift stains.
Salt and vinegar. The vinegar cleans off all the different types of rust and build up off the penny, and the salt speeds up the process.
