You go and sign a development contract with them. Currently their development base is FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) if you go there and do well they will recommend you to the WWE. You would then have to be interviewed by Mr. Mc Mahon and if he sees potential you would be put into house shows and dark matches. If you keep doing well you would be put onto television.
In order to be accepted into the wwe in a "wrestling" position, you must first get properly trained at a professional wrestling school. After training is complete, you must work worldwide and gain experience and begin to make a name for yourself. After you've worked for a couple of years, the WWE may notice you and draw you up to their devlopmental facility, FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling). You may also need a contact on terms with the wwe to get a tryout match. Then, you work with FCW until the WWE gets behind you enough to pull you up to their main roster (RAW, Smackdown!, or ECW)

To get into the WWE isn't easy, however for young talent all you need is some extensive experience in the wrestling business, for example wrestling in more that one association or in countries such as England, Japan and Mexico. In addition you will need skills and moves that are both unique and safe. If the moves are repetitive or copies of other WWE talent you won't stand out or get scouted. Being scouted is the hardest bit what you need to do is either get onto a card where WWE scouts are present of sent a tape to someone in the business showing your best moves. Hopes this answers your question.
play soccer and be scouted play soccer and be scouted
