yes usually if it is a strong smell then wash it if it keep smelling wash it but with Clorox bleach so the smell can reduce other wise the smell will go away on it own. for the future do not put the shrimp inside the garbage, always put them in a plastic so it's water cannot spill inside the trash. and since the shrimp smell, take out the trash can imediately so the smell cannot be in your house. i know this because i watch my parent cook a lot and i know the procedures. good luck!
Try the lemon juice. Squeeze it either inside of the bag if its frozen or if they are fresh.Dont do it if you use them to feed your fish.
Spray with any air freshener, Lysol, Ferbreeze, etc., and/or leave a car freshener in it over night. Also try scrubbing the can with dish washing soap. Hope this helps! P-U shrimp!
They are attracted by the smell of discarded food in the trash bin.
Because rotting processes have started to decompose the trash.
In order to tell when frozen shrimp are bad, you will have to defrost them in the refrigerator. Once they are defrosted, open the package and smell them. They should have a light sea smell. They should not have an ammonia type smell.
depends what kind of trash can you have and it depends if you want to smell like vomit. your choice
BAD trust me you would not want to smell it
You should probably use a scented trash , or spray Febreez on the trash
Cats really hate the smell of oranges so | recommend orange peels but the smell may not last for long unless you rub them in orange cream.

You can tell if shrimp is fresh because it won't smell fishy, it will be plump and translucent. Most shrimp is frozen first that you buy in the grocery store.
pick it up with a pooper scooper and throw it in the trash can then take your trash out so it doesnt smell bad
