I was having this problem earlier too! All you have to do is plug your mp3 player into the computer, it should appear in your Windows Media Player. (it should say 'GoGear audio) click on that. Then click on 'songs' under the "primary views" thingy. Now it should say all of the songs on your mp3 player. side click on the ones you want to delete then click "delete" after you're done deleting, you can unplug your mp3 player and they should all be deleted.
