Well Soy is bad for you because it is Genetically modified with Round-up and other pesticides(Round-up is a dangerous weed killer). Also Soy mimics estrogen which is a female hormone that will mess with your hormones, plus soy can lead to many illnesses like cancer, and brain damage, so overall, I wouldn't eat it, so I wouldn't know.
