You must get such shots from a reputable medical doctor. The reputable medical doctor must check your testosterone level to see if you really need such shots. I suspect the shot would be about $25.00. Why do you want to get testosterone shot? It seems highly unlikely that a male your age would need testosterone shot.
However, if you have FtM transsexualism, you would have to become a part of a sex-reassignment program. However, it is doubtful that they would give you testosterone at that age. They would likely start you on hormone blockers and try to delay puberty while they buy time to see if you actually have transsexualism.
