The missing bell clapper is in a secret storeroom behind the filing cabinet in the Detention Room. To get there, you need three things : gum, a stink bomb, and the blueprint from Nate's locker. To get gum, collect all the comic pieces and give them to the comic shop guy. To make a stink bomb, go to the Science Lab (mix blue and yellow and heat it). Use the combination from the comic to open Nate's locker and you will find the blueprint.
Chewing Gum gets you into Detention. The stink bomb gets the teacher out of there. Open the second drawer to access the hidden room. The light is by your feet and the clapper is hanging from the ceiling.

∙ 13y agoOnce you have the clapper from the secret room, you have to scare away the seagull from the bell tower. Catch the old photo that is blowing around on the left side of the lighthouse. Swap it for diving gear at the Say Cheese photo shop, and dive for Cap'n Salty's lost lobster trap at Puffin Point. When you get a lobster, use it to turn the crank on the lighthouse, and the light scares away the seagull.
