Scroll your mouse to the top right of the screen, and on the right hand top corner there should be 3 icons, click the one in the middle, and then click it again. you will be out of full screen mode and back onto the webpage.
I have looked at the screen resolution which is 1920 x 1080 (recommended). But I still have black all the way around. I took a screen shot, but will not let me add it in here. so what can I do to make it full screen. I have trouble seeing emails, or or things like that due to this problem. Thank you for your help.
It's basically not "the computer" but specific programs that go full-screen - that is to say, you set an individual program to fill up the entire screen. Some programs have such options, some don't. You can click 'maximize' on the left of the 'close' button. Press F11 for full screen. You can also change the size of the screen by right-clicking and then go to 'properties'. Go to 'settings' and change the screen resolution.
