If you mean Ratman than this is the answer: You have to jump up on the sewer pipes while dodging the rats. Jump up intill you find a red wheel. Turn the wheel buy clicking on it. Dung will fall on Ratman. To get to Ratman you have to Dodge the flies. Once you get to him quickly click on him to capture him. -Alex Keeny P.S.
