In Arcterra, you have to beat the boss (this weird eyeball thing) to get new places to arcterra, and use magmaul(obtained on Alinos by killing the fire spawn) to open the barrier in the sic transit. Then kill the other monsters guarding the arctic spawn, and then kill the arctic spawn. Finally,you will se the Imperialist icon, the red swirling thing. When you walk over it, you will obtain the weapon.
