At the Statue of Liberty (1882 AD, 10 o'clock on the time device), the notebook is on a ledge at the left. Climb to the very top left of the scaffolding around the statue. Jump hard left and you can reach the ledge. Bring the notebook to Leonardo da vinci at 1516 AD (4 o'clock on the time device).
