I'm not sure there is a pixie queen pet but I know you can get a pixie in Marleybone in this lab or something. Hope this helps.
You get it in Katzenstien's lab. He is a secret boss, in the room to the left of the normal boss. Sorry I can't remember his name. Also, yes it is a Pixie Queen.
