You will have to pair your headset with the other device. When joining (or pairing) a Plantronics bluetooth headset to another device a lot depends on the other device. Assuming that you know the necessary steps of your phone or PC for connecting a bluetooth device, all Plantronics headsets pretty much follow a set pairing procedure for connectivity. This one is for the Discovery 975:
1 Turn on the Bluetooth feature on your phone.
2 Turn the earpiece on. Press and hold the call control button until the indicator flashes red/white.
3 Use the commands on your phone to locate and select your earpiece. 9xx Plantronics.
4 If prompted for the PIN code or Passkey, enter 0000.
Pairing is successful when the indicator on your earpiece flashes white.
Note If your phone supports Secure Simple Pairing (SSP), you will not need to enter a PIN code or Passkey.
The LG Voyager mobile phone is not available in the UK. LG Voyager mobile is a CDMA phone, which does not work outside the US.
Yes, it does work with the PS3. Make sure the sound card (usb) is turned ON, and you will need some kind of extension from the head phone audio jack to the TV to be able to hear game sounds through the headset.
When you are planning to pair these up please make sure that you have charged up your bluetooth and your cell phone. Follow the instructions that I have put below in related links. If that does not work, if your headset does not charge or flash red/blue when you turn it on you may need to replace your headset
You don't say which bluetooth you have. Make sure that your charger is working well, it may be on a switch plug outlet. Make sure the switch is up. Does your light on the headset go to solid red when it is charging or does the headset still flash? If the headset is under warranty you may want to get it replaced. If not it may be time to purchase a new one, as most bluetooth headsets do not have a replaceable battery.
Because most mobile phones use the cord from the headphones as the antenna. Mine does and I have Sony Ericsson K800i
Unfortunately they do not work with the ps3, they are not designed for this system.
It's in the right ports and everything, and boost microphone is on, transmit volume is up, voice key is correct ,but it won't work. Help? - By poster Make sure it is hooked up to your default sound card.
no because i never tried it
Yes, in a way depending on what you question is. If the guest has a headset it should work.
The only mobile cell phone networks that might work is Sprint and Verizon. try to unlock the lg voyager. I Have the titanium for Verizon and im not sure if it can be unlocked. Good luck...
Many mobile users like the idea of using a Bluetooth headset, but they are turned off by the high price tag attached to models at their wireless network's store. Those mobile users need to know that a cheap Bluetooth headset is available from alternate sources like online outlets and local discount stores. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean that it doesn't work. In fact, the reason a cheap Bluetooth headset is available is that technology has evolved to make it cheaper to make.
