You have to find all the hiden G Files hidden throught the levels; their is only three of them, however once you complete a level, you cannot go back in the actual story line. Now lets say that you were in Edge once, missed a G File (i don't know if their actually is one in Edge, just an example) and you go back to Edge in another missin, the G File will not be their.

I'm pretty sure that chronologically, Dirge of Cerberus is the last. It remains to be seen whether or not another game will come out that takes place after that point. Dirge of Cerberus takes place 2-3 years after Advent Children.
