there is a funny looking bar under your back seat that looks kinda like a square "S". One side goes inside the hole just between your bumper and bottomof the swing away door.Insert it and start turning away from you(towards the driver side) . And you will start to see the wheel begin to lower to the ground.Go all the way to the ground in order to flip the metal holder inside the tire up and out of the center of it. Then just slide out the tire.Reverse this process to roll it back up under the vehicle. Joe (St. Cloud,Fl)

There were two original tire sizes for this car. 245/70R16 245/75R16
This model offered two different wheel sizes. 15" and 16" the 15" is 235/75R/15 the 16" is 245/70R/16

Some of the parts are under the back seat passenger side. You have to flip the seat down and retrieve the rest of the jack. When you have all the pieces it will make sense.
There is a tool that can be put together under the passenger rear seat. Looking at the back of the vehicle, directly in the center, just above the bumper, there is a small hole that you can insert the tool into to lower the spare tire.
If it looks like a diagram of the drivetrain, then it's the 4x4 indicator light
I have 1995 Honda Passport (same as Isuzu Rodeo) and it came stock with 16 inch aluminum wheels. The bolt pattern is 6 lug nuts. The tire size is P245/70 R16 (please note that on tire size the R16 stand for 16 inch wheels)
inflation pressure is specified @26 PSI for a 245-70-16 tire
