The easiest way to get thin is by eating healthy foods and excersize but if for whatever reason you cannot or wish not to excersize then just dont eat unhealthy snacks eat a balanced diet - meaning eat how much you normally would eat unless its heaps, just the right foods: salads and fruit, veges, etc. - but iof you are serious about getting thin maybe do a bit of excersize, walking to the shops instead of drivivng, walking the dogs if you have one. walking round the park or lake. you dont have to do much excersize to get thin.

Some exercise nonstop. until they drop dead. sometimes literally. they exercise past the point of exhaustion.*While I am sure some exercise to the point of exhaustion, I believe most probably do not exercise at all. They think that starving themselves will do the trick for being thin, TOO THIN! The real smart thing to do to stay thin, but not to the point of being anorexic, is to eat healthy foods and exercise wisely. ~Deb~

jump up and down 50 times and then rest and then do 50 more and then walk outside and yell Hey!!" then come back inside and your lungs are all perfect and you have had exercise without gaining muscle. try this and i guarantee you this will work. Ive don't it before that's why I'm so thin and have muscle.
