Reach v.48 and complete a task called the final quest
Hey dude,how about a real answer.a lot of people(including myself)want to know the answer.Sadly,I don't know but if i did,I'd tell everyone.

In the floating land of Celestia.
You have to complete the mission "The Final Countdown" and be a level 48 wizard. You can also the a mission were you have to DeCode a message and obtain the Celestia Spiral Key but you still have to be level 48 to go there. So both ways will get you to Celestia just make sure you do some extra sidequests thought the worlds so you dont end up beating Malistare under level 48

He is always in the castle in the commons.
You take the test, if you do not qualify as storm hit choose my class my self. Do this when either making an account or in the Add Charectar section on the wizard101 menu

in theory ys, but there is a quest you can do in it as a non-mmber(like grizzlehiem)
The current highest level of wizard 101 to get on a single wizard is 60 and the last world of the Spiral is Celestia.
you can get one from a quest in celestia or from the crown shop
You can buy it at the bazarr,get it from malestorm plants,and defeat bosses in celestia.

They say that celestia is coming out near the end of summer or a bit after it so be ready when it comes out

I'm pretty sure she isn't in Wizard 101. She's a DragonFable character, and as far as I know, Wizards 101 and DragonFable are not related in the slightest.In the game Celestia is the name of the world that is mentioned by Shellus Gruffheart and Mr. Rowley. As far as I understand these characters mention the world by name and Shellus mentions needing to present a ring to a woman that lives in Celestia.Many anticipate Celestia being the new world available to Wizard101 players hopefully in the timeframe of Summer 2010. In the first couple worlds, you can't because Kingsisle didn't think of that feature yet. However, in Crab Alley, and parts of Celestia, you can.
The next project for wizard 101 is the oppsite of wizard 101.So its the bad side of wizard 101.
