The seashore course (also known as Jolly Roger Bay) can be found on the ground level of the castle. Start out in the main room, go to the right, up the little flight of stairs, and through the door that has a 3 on the star. Go into the painting right in front of you, and you will arrive at Jolly Roger Bay.

One of the secret stars is located in the room with the "Jolly Roger Bay" painting in it. Stay on ground level, go to the right, up the stairs and through the door. Go up to the painting, but don't jump into it. Turn around, and you will see two black alcoves in the wall. Back flip up to the one on your left, and you will have entered "The Secret Aquarium". Collect all eight red coins, and get the star.
