The easiest way is to go directly to the website in your browser address bar:
www.poptropica.com
Or, you can just type poptropica into Google.
Finally, you can go to www.funbrain.com and it's on there too.
To play on Poptropica, go to Poptropica.com and log in as a new player. Add your gender and age, then create the look you want. After you enter the game on any island, select "Save" and you will create your unique name for the site (you can have more than one), and a password. If you want to avoid forgetting your password, register an e-mail with the site - this is so that they can mail you your username and password if you forget or someone else tries to take your account.
If you want to sign up as a paid monthly member, your parent or othe adult can sign up with their credit card to pay the fee each month, every six months, or each year. There are some benefits to paid membership : free multiplayer room, free use of all effects and costumes, special costumes, bonus quests, and most notably earlier access to new islands (usually two, possibly three weeks before free general play).
When going onto Poptropica, a fun way to explore (although exploring is already fun), there are two ways: going onto Google (see related link) and typing in "Poptropica" or going straight to the Poptropica site (see related link). Once you're on Poptropica, click on new player and create your Poptropican. Once you decide, click on the save button on the bottom right corner once you are on an island. There you can create your account and let the fun begin with the new social profiles.
To play Haunted House, Earth Day, or Dr. Hare's Secret Lab, or Shrink Shot, get the game's card from the Poptropica store. These should be free again, as of 2013.
There are several "games within games" on Poptropica.
Wimpy Wonderland - to play Ywisted Wizard, get the Game Guide from Greg's locker, examine it at his house, then click his monitor to play it yourself.
Game Show island - solve an initial challenge in each of the 5 cities to qualify for the game show in that city. (see related question below)
Wimpy Boardwalk - To play Volcano Claw, jiggle the handle a few times. You first have to return the car keys, to get the flip-flops, to climb on the hot roof, to get the frisbee for the crying boy. To play Thunder Volt, you have to be a paid monthly member, because it is a Bonus Quest.
The Games are not playable unless the island is accessible. The Poptropolis Games appeared from June 2012 to January 2013, when the island "sank back beneath the waves."
No one can play the Games until the island rises again, which had not occurred by late 2013.
Poptropica games are played on the Poptropica website.

You can use cheats, ask a friend to help you, or use cheats. Cheats can be found in here (Answers.com).
If you mean like the arcade games, you should go to a multiplayer plaza and approach a player. In the interactions, you can click "games" where you will find the games you can do with them.

You can never really tell. Poptropica is a popular game. Most likely, adult celebrities will not play Poptropica, due to them being adults. Maybe the children of celebrities might, though. You can't really tell who plays and who doesn't play Poptropica.
You have to play a game. You have to recognize the gods and goddesses.
The costume, like others at the Poptropica Store, has an effect built in, but will not change the play of any Poptropica island or game.
Simply, do it, you must be stupid not to know how to play that game
I am guessing you have to play the game because when you try to give Rowely the DVD you can't give it to him because he is not there.

This particular game is in poptropica wimpy boardwalk, all you have to do is throw the ball near the red hole. You might need more than one token to win this game.
