from underneath the car.
3 at the back of engine,3 in front
easy.........take the old spark plugs out and put the new spark plugs back
You must loosen the top motor mount and tilt the engine forward.
Follow the spark plug wires from the plugs back. I imagine that most of those engines are very similar and the wires go to a coil pack on the back side of the engine. If you pick up a Haynes or Chilton manual, all will be revealed. FriPilot
take the two bolts out of the front engine mounts ant pull the engine forward to replace
The spark plugs are on the front and back of a V6 (back ones are tough to get to) L4 right in front. Turn the engine off and take off the spark wires unscrew the plugs
Replacing spark plugs is pretty simple. Disconnect the battery, remove the cover and cables, remove the old spark plugs, put in the new spark plugs, put the cover and wires back on the spark plugs, and reconnect the battery.
You don't say what size of engine you have, if you have AA 6 cylinder, there are 3 plugs/wires in front of the engine and 3 in the back. You might have to take off your dogbones in front to pull the moter forward to get to the back plugs. If you have a quad 4 engine, they are under the intake manifold , on a quad 4 there are no plug wires, the spark plugs hook into spark plug towers . There are 2 bolts in the top manifold(where it says quad 4 ohc) and 2 bolts in the back, undo these and take off the manifolld and the plugs are right there.Hope this helped. Bratt
the plugs on the back are very difficult. How is this done.
yes
To change spark plugs a person must start with a car that is off, then disconnect the batter. The person must then remove the spark plug cables, remove the spark plugs, and replace them with new spark plugs. After that, one must put the spark plug cables back in the correct order, then connect the battery.
The spark plugs are actually located under the manifold on the top of the engine 3 in front and 3 in back....
