Surf again and it's a 50-50 chance between Current no.1 and Current no.2 Once you get there, There is a trainer south of you with a Level 36 Garbodor, and TM24 Thunderbolt! Go into the lab to find A Dubious Disc. If you enter here with a Genesect, a special Event will happen.

You cannot get the Drives for Genesect until Genesect has been released because Genesect itself unlocks the event in which allows you to receive the Drives from a Scientist in the P2 Lab. In Pokémon White, after the point in which you have downloaded and picked up a Genesect from an official Nintendo distribution, the Scientist in the P2 Lab will give you the Douse Dive and the Chill Dive.
