I've had friends like this, if they are really annoying you might just have to say it to their face. I'm sure they'd take it lighter than you one day flipping out and having an argument with them. Take it step by step, even though they are annoying they do have feelings, or you can slowly distance yourself from them, move seats in class, don't hang out in the same place they do and soon they would get the idea that you have just drifted appart.
