How do you get your best friend to answer the phone do you think she's mad at me?

Depends did you do something to upset her? if you did then well she might be mad at you. Or she just might not hear the phone.

Or she might just not feel like talking to anyone. You don't say how long or how often you've been trying, that makes a big difference. I used to have a friend who called me twice a day and would ring and ring and ring again until I picked up. That was so annoying. Is that you? Give it a couple of days before you try again.

Notice I said "used to have a friend", she finally got upset enough with me because I didn't want to spend as much time on the phone as she did. One day I told her that I didn't feel like talking right now. she got mad, hung up and I haven't heard from her since.
