There are two ways; You can just press the unlock button on the key fob. That should take it out of valet mode. If you no longer have a fob or if the battery is dead, then just stick the key into the door lock on the driver's door and unlock the car. You have to use the key with the black head, however. The green valet key will not take it out of valet mode.
If it still won't come out of valet mode, it's also possible that the valet button is stuck. Try jiggling the button to see if you can get it to pop out. If that doesn't work, unbolt the two bolts at the very bottom of the knee bolster underneath the steering wheel (they are way down there near the brake pedal). After unbolting those two bolts you can grab the knee bolster and pull it towards you. You'll probably have to pull pretty hard, but with a little coaxing the tabs at the top of the bolster will come loose and you can pull the bolster out and set it to the side. Then you can reach up behind the dash and just disconnect the valet switch. Once it's disconnected you can either hit the unlock button or unlock the car with the key. That should definitely take it out of valet mode.
