If youre doggy's in heat, then its kind of your fault. You should have taken her to get neutered a long time ago, then this would not be happening now.

Thing is its not something you can stop, its her bodies natural process, so she can have pups. You just have to let her get over it...

If you end up with a litter of pups from this then maybe next time you should pick a pet you can manage to look after properly. Taking on a dog means responsibility, not just walking and feeding, but looking after her well being.
