You can change the color of your hair by heading over to the Carrot King Diner at 24 Carrot Island and clicking on the drink mixer. Combine the different colors until the shade you want appears in the glass, then drink up!
Also, you CAN press Ctrl+Shift+H and your hair will change to a different, random color.
