If the wi-fi is unencrypted, your DS should simply be able to connect to it from its wi-fi screen. If the wi-fi is encrpyted, you will need to ask the staff for the encryption key - bear in mind a regular DS or DS lite can only use WEP encryption, so you are out of luck if the router is using WPA.
