1. Purchase your own domain name and hosting
2. Pay for a web developer to create a store that mirrors all your eBay listings.
3. Have the developer add the site verification html to the HEAD of your webpage.
4. Let Google verify the domain name that you own.
5. Open a google merchant center account.
6. Purchase an ad campaign with Google.
REMEMBER: Google is becoming a shopping engine beginning October 1, 2012. So it is safe to say that your sales have certainly dropped in the month of September because in order for Google to launch their new shopping engine, they need 1-2 months to 'crawl' through the algorithm of data so that beginning in October, the data is fresh to the launch date.
