you need server 2003 and outlook or outlook express and you can only send emails. (if you have it)go to mange server and add the role email server (pop3 smtp) when it asks you for a domain name put Whateveryouwant@whateveryouwant.com . now asuming you have a wireless network go to manage your computer in admin tools and expand services and applications and then internet information service and right click on default smtp server and select propities and change the i.p address to your computers i.p address (go to start menu click run type cmd in a black window that pops up type ip config and it will tell you your i.p address).
then go to admin tools and select pop3 service and expand everything and add a mail box to your email domain and then part 1 is done.
now open up outlook and set up the email account
now fill in everything it asks you like this
email type: pop3 and smtp
name: your name
email address: yourmailboxname@yourdomainname.com
user name: yourmailboxname@yourdomainname.com
password: your mailbox password
incoming pop3: yourservername.yourdomainname.com
outgoing smyp:yourservername.yourdomainname.com
