Simple. All you do is pluck all the weeds, and talk to the Wishing Well and see what else needs to be done, such as cutting down some trees in acres, planting trees in some acres. Also, playing a bit each day (even a few minutes) tells the game not to put weeds.
This is exactly the same in the Japan-only Animal Forest, but with a shrine rather than a wishing well. It's also the same in the DS and Wii versions, but you go to a town hall instead. Go to the left side of the desk and ask Pelly/Pelliper about the environment.
To get a gold watering can, get a perfect town. This is what your town needs to be perfect: 0 weeds 15-20 trees 20 flowers Hope this helps!
No.
After doing everything the wishing well asks you to do, and you obtain a perfect town; after 2 weeks (14 days) of keeping the town perfect; you will go to the well and receive the golden axe from Farley.
Nothing really if that's all you do. It's just one part of creating a "perfect town". While trying to create a perfect town, you can talk to the wishing well and it will tell you if certain acres need more trees, less trees, or has weeds.
Yes
He will move into your town later in the game, or you get him as a starting neighbor when you first start Animal Crossing.
No... You just have to make it perfect (or maybe there is).
you have to have a perfect town to get the golden watering can.
You have to have no weeds in your village/town and have a variety of fruits and flowers. Basically, make your town/village perfect. _________________________________________________________________ You don't have to do the above. My town isn't perfect and I have ten animals. The population of your town will just grow to ten villagers, then they might move but the ten animals will always come back.
How have to get another saving cartridge; make a new town on it (unless your borrowing a cartridge from someone else); and put it into slot B in your gamecube. Then go back into your town, hop onto the train, and you will arrive in the other town.
Only if it's for gamecube. you go by the dock in your town, you have to plug in your gameboy into the gamecube and this little green guy will come by in a boat and ask you if you want to go there. To leave te island, you just talk to him again.
