Can't be done.
Yes.
yes it is correct because chemical energy means you can't change something back like paper if you burned that paper you can't change it back but if you had that paper and you ripped it you can glue it back you can fix it that is physical energy when you can put something back together so yes you can say that.
The skin wont 'grow back', if its ripped you should get it stitched or put some of those paper strips on it to keep it together. And over time it will heal, but It will leave a scar, which should fade a little over time. Though it will always be visible.

It depends on the store policy, and if the pieces fit together EXACTLY.
If its just a little ripped , then tape it up neatly with scotch tape, making sure it lines up back and front.
you have to get to together and file a court paper

well I am not 100% sure but i personally think so cause puzzles are like artwork all ripped up so i think the invention of a puzzle came from an artist who was angry ripped up his work and attempted to put it back together.
superglue.
Shredding paper is a physical change because you can put all the pieces of paper back together again, i.e. it is still paper. The chemical nature has not changed, only the APPEARANCE has changed.
