In the toolbar it says history click that then click show all history.
Go to History in the Menu Bar then go to show all history. Once there you will be able to edit your History.
I figure you are talking about firefox internet browser? To clear history,open firefox, go to tools>Clear Recent History, and select how long (everything reccommended). click clear, and your all set

Tools -> Options -> Privacy tab -> Firefox will: choose Never remember history option from drop down list
For Firefox, go to History tab and under that should be a Clear Recent History. Similarly, if you use Internet Explorer 9, go to Tools, Safety and then Delete browsing history. Other browsers have similar methods for deleting search history.
You can delete you browser history and that will delete your Google history(memory is not the right term to use). You go to Tools and then Clean.... (sorry I'm with Bulgarian Firefox don't know what exactly it is translated) That's for firefox. For IE Opera etc. it is kinda the same thing.
