if your referenceing the Pittsburgh East Texas hot links they should be cooked in the oven at about 400 degrees for about 45 min, pierce them to drain the fat, and serve. or my favorite is to smoke them for about 3 hrs in a smoker at about 200 degrees.

The Authentic Pittsburg hot link website says to do this:

DO NOT MICROWAVE. These hot links should be baked in a conventional oven at 300 degrees for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and pierce the skin on the bottom side of each link. Drain any excess grease in the pan. Return to the oven and continue baking for approximately 10-15 minutes (keep a close eye on the links while the grease starts to build up in the links) Do not allow the links to burst. The hot links will be a dark brown color. If you prefer a more crisp outside, remove all grease from pan, return the links to the oven and bake at 350 for 5 - 10 minutes until cooked to your satisfaction. (Temperature settings may vary. This product is very greasy and close attention is required when preparing. Suggested temperature settings are on the safe side to avoid faster cooking that may cause the hot links to burst while cooking.)
