the key is to grill as little as possible,
the rarer the tuna, the better it will taste
i usually salt & pepper tuna, rub a little olive oil on tuna,
right before you grill, soak some oil on a paper towel and rub it on the grill grates with your tongs,

Firstly the ingredients that you need would be four tuna steaks, 1/4 cup of olive oil, two teaspoons basil, three tablespoons white vinegar, two teaspoons oregano, a teaspoon of minced garlic, and two teaspoons mixed thyme and some pepper and salt would do.
Once you have all the above ingredients its time to mix the ingredients except the steaks. Get a nice bowl to do so. Add the steaks and then marinate it for 10 minutes to half an hour. If you have enough time, its good to marinate for long, for about 4 hours. Start preheating the grill and place the steaks on it. Baste the fish with marinade and start grilling each steaks for 10 minutes giving 5 minutes for each side.
