Speak with them about how you feel, and ask for an explanation. However, do not try to persue anything further; you don't want to seem too keen. Simply go about it as though you're curious about what happened because your thought things were going well. If the other person ever had any feelings that might be reoccurrant, you'll find them now. As for you, I suggest not to bother with unsure people and go out there and have fun.
