There are plenty of books out there, including one of the "Don't sweat the small stuff" books. Generally, you have to get through it at work. Manage your time; be careful in your email messages--they can open a can of worms. If there is too much work for the time you have, remember that adding more time is not always productive since fatigue becomes a factor. Make sure your life is in balance; that you are getting exercise, eating properly, getting enough sleep, and maintaining your relationships.
Either go to a therapist or a spa and get a nice, relaxing machuge.
