There are all kinds of stressful situations on a job. In my 45 years or so of working various kinds of jobs, I never ran into one that didn't have stress in one form or another. You just have to handle it the best way you can and if you find that the stress level on your job is too much, I suggest you move on to another job.
Here you should communicate what it is you do to managestress. This is not the place to indicate you don't have stress, because the job may very well come with a great deal of built-in stress. For example,
Over the years, I've learned to put stressful situations in better perspective than I used to. I know some stress comes with the job. If the stress involves the work of my subordinates, I usually open up lines of communication to den1 with any issues contributing to the stress. If the stress is a result of the daily workload, I get through the day knowing full well my exercise routine at the end of the day will renew me both physically and mentally. I've also given up coffee which seems to contribute to stress, and I've joined a health club.
Whenever in a stressful or difficult situations, always keep your focus. Never let pressures overtake your rational thinking. You have to bear in mind that you have goals to accomplish and situations like these should not affect your output.
In a job interview its best to relax as much as you can, focus on anything but the interview before you enter the room. Try to be as prepared as you can though in terms of what you are going to say. If the interviewers are pressing you and you are struggling to answer take deep breaths. The people aren't monsters, so don't be afraid to sometimes say you are unsure. Try to count to ten and also imagine calming places, happy memories, beaches, holidays, etc. The night before the stressful situation or interview, pamper yourself. Have massages, paint nails, watch a film as you rehearse what you are about to say, and then during the interview your mind will immediately associate what you are going to say with the calming situation you were in the night before. hope that helps!
answer : just take a deep breath ,relax ,talk calmly, and think of ways to handle anything that comes in your way,use your imagination and trust your instincts.gather ideas etc.. and combined them together, and yes is the key aswell.

People handle them in different ways, but usually the best way is to keep your head and stay calm. If something is wrong, focus on how to solve the problem rather than whose fault it is.

Well, just referring to my own experience. Either the mate is very calm and went through the same situation before. Or either, does not know how to handle the situation and waiting for the other mate to react and make the decision to the stressful situation. Good luck!
In my opinion the most stressful situation is finishing for the deadline. But that is not highly stressful (e.g. like the stress of a surgeon during surgery). The actual designing is fun and relaxing - if you like it.
