First your Sim has to have a girlfriend or boyfriend (or married, but nothing under that). If your Sim is Family Oriented, then click on your other Sim, then click "Special.." it will show a bar that says "Family Oriented" click that. Then click "try for a baby" your Sim will go on the bed (Make sure you have a bed!) and go under the covers. You can hear laughing and hearts will fall on the bed....Ugh! Your Female Sim will start vomiting it the toilet, if it worked, if not try again!
