How do you do telekinesis?

Well, since it is not possible to do this, I have found an excellent alternative... make people believe you are studying it and have a small amount of ability. Place a straw on the table and appear to focus your thoughts. As you move your hands toward the straw breath out forcefully through your nose.. not so much that you can hear it, but enough to push the straw. Practice a lot before you show it. With your mouth closed it doesn't appear you are blowing. plus if you learn to strike correctly with palms together you can move the straw with airflow from only your hands. Have fun and keep believing in stuff, maybe one day you'll meet GOD. Or at least see Mary's face in a piece of toast.

Many individuals have claimed having telekinesis. These claims has been refuted by James Randi, abit questionably, with success. There is a whole field dedicated to research regarding telekinesis, called parapsychology. Parapsychologists have reported positive results, even within institutions such as princeton(Google princeton's PEAR lab), which are refuted by skeptics because "extraordinary claims require extraordinary proofs". Many parapsychologists claim that telekinesis isn't an ability that is to be "had", but an ability that can be learned. There is a field called psionics(google), that is dedicated to trying to learn psychic abilities.

The human mind is a marvelous thing. Studies are on going to try to map its territories. Any number of "supernatural" talents lie within its realm.

These talents are less about "getting" them, than about "finding/developing" them.

The documented cases of telekinesis have been scrutinized, and "de-bunked" with as much fervor as possible by those who do not want to believe the possibility.

Most of the people reporting having any form of telekinesis say their control is hard won through practice and heavy concentration. They generally control very small objects for very short spaces of time.

My best suggestion is start small, learn to truly focus your mind, and practice often. Meditation will help with the focus, and believing in yourself and your talent will help.

Just for the record, there is no "magic spell," no "easy way," no "instant gratification" on this one. It is a long hard road for a small talent that most people won't believe you have.

Basically it boils down to simply having no thoughts that imply that you are separate from anything else or from what you are trying to move, when oneness is.your state of being/mind then you can start to do this and even become as easy as moving your fingers. That's why some people get into the zone and perform masterfully, they become one with their sport, so can you. Whether it's true or false it's up to you. Just know that there is a lot of material up there about the subject.
