Sit and just listen while he talks. Don't talk. Don't try to fix him. Don't tell him everything will be OK, or you understand how he feels. Just listen. He has to work through it himself. If you can't listen and keep your mouth shut, don't get involved.
Grief is a predictable process with predictable stages, and takes from one to two years to complete. It is normal. Interrupting the process simply makes it take more time, and may stifle it altogether. Then the person will not work through the emotions, and may carry the effects for a lifetime.
Dont ever feel sorry for them for the death, feeling sorry for them only makes it worst on the person and youself. It may be dreadful but you must start a new begining and patch the wounds that probley wont heal. you are the bandage, support them to doing new things and activities you both can enjoy. :-)
Because you and that person got so close, he was like your bes friend. and usually that's how relationships should be, not only boyfriend and girlfriend, but bestfriends. sharing secrets, hanging out, Things like that can all help a relationship. So losing that special someone , is mostly like losing your best friend.
You should help them out. If you lost a loved one would she do the same. I hope this helps you. I hope your friend gets better.
You get a new friend, someone who understand then you rub it in their faces and you move on.
get help before it's to late [i lost a friend to depression] encourage them and make sure they are in a nice , safe and encourageing environment
idk if this will help anything but something similar happened to me. "friend" b told friend a lie about me and now friend a (my best friend in the world) hates me. its been months and im still living under depression.
If you were so curious, you should obviously ask "Monica".
typically it is because they lost someone close to them but in some cases it could mean that they have killed someone
It depends on the rabbit, but most rabbits would benefit from having a new friend. Rabbits do grieve for the loss of their loved ones, but also they get plain lonely sometimes. Of course, just because your rabbit is ready for a new friend doesn't mean he/she will like the friend you pick out for him/her.
Tell him nicely that your sorry but you like someone else, my friend was asked out by a boy when she liked someone else and she kept them hanging for ages and in the end lost him as a friend completely
It could mean that the qualities you associate with that long lost friend are what you need to resolve a problem (or injury) you are dealing with now.
The meaning of being lost is when you don't have a clue in the world where you are and you have to ask someone or call for help!
There can be many reasons for that statement. Probably if that guy is telling you that, then he means that he needs support and that you should give him support. If you are asking a question about someone, that means you like him, and then you need to help him with the problem. Support him and be positive.
