Lay under the truck and disconnect the TANK side of the fuel filter. BE CAREFULL SOME FUEL WILL LEAK OUT.
Then slide the rubber hose that's on the fuel pressure gauge onto that line and clamp it down tight, then turn key on and read the gauge. You should have no less the 9 LBS. and no higher then 13 LBS. of fuel pressure.
